A new era of plastic welding has just begun.
Our new quick and easy solution for plastic-repair. Our new PLASTOFUSED Next is equipped with a LCD-display which shows the set temperature and the real temperature. We can reach higher temperatures by using a lower air volume as this is the key to be able to achive a good bonding. With this we get the plastic faster up to its own melding flow index (MFI) which then makes it ideal for bonding. With the special designed flat welding strip we created a tool for a quick, simple and high quality plastic-repair.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY
Depending on your needs, we offer three different PLASTOFUSED Next versions:
The Light Version of the PLASTOFUSED includes the base unit and one pack each of 15 welding strips for ABS and PP-EPDM plastics.
The Standard Version of the PLASTOFUSED includes the base unit and one pack each of 45 welding strips for ABS and PP-EPDM plastics, a special flat-nose pliers, and a plastic scraper.
The Pro Version of the PLASTOFUSED includes the base unit and one pack each of 45 welding strips for ABS and PP-EPDM plastics, a special flat-nose pliers, a plastic scraper, a pneumatic grinder including 2 K40 grinding discs, the PLASTOCLIP 2.0 with case, and spacers for the PLASTOCLIP 2.0.

Easy operation
Accurate work.
In the case of welding plastic it is very important to be precise. For this reason the handle is designed like a pen. The handle is much thicker than a pen however it convinced through a pleasant surface and a firm hold. The thin nozzle allows better view of the workspace. The air flow is led with high precision to the thermoplast.

The ideal interaction of temperature and airflow obtains an excellent repair result. The Melting-Stripes are heated to the ideal temperature to reach a strong hold. A fusion of the thermoplasts arises. So you can save the costs and time to order new parts.
Functionality & design

We try to design products to simplify your work flow. After pushing the standby-button the cooling system starts automatically and stops, when the air nozzle cooled down. After this cooling process the unit disconnect automatically.
