From 2016 we will expand our product line by several interesting tools and accessories. This offers many additional processing options that has not been possible before. In addition to all common riveting processes in the thin sheet range it is possible to process high-strength or sandwich materials. Even the setting of blind rivet nuts as well as working with low work space will no longer be a problem with this equipment.

Use the tools from the PNP 90 UN 2.0 with XT2.
Your existing tools of PNP 90 UN 2.0 are suitable to PNP 90 XT2. By using the 60 kN adaption it is possible. The hydraulic actuator HA XT2 is throttled automatically of 60 kN. This is enabled by the pressure controlled piston.
Already similar, but still new.
PNP 90 UN 2.0 is upgradeable to PNP 90 XT2. This allows punching holes into high tensile steels with up to 100 kN (10 tonnes) with your present PNP 90 hydraulic pump. Convince yourself of the strongest mobile hydraulic system for car body repair - The PNP 90 XT2.
Adjustable operating pressure.
The operating pressure of PNP 90 XT2 is adjustable continuously. The setting depends on the different application and specific requirements.

The new designed hydraulic actuator HA XT2 is equipped with two-circuit-hydraulic. As a result the actuator pulls out the punching-die with up to 8 tonnes (80 kN) out of the carrier material.
Designed to save time.
Switching of punches is quick and easy. The clear attribution throught colour coding and labelling of the rivet inserts guarantees an easily using of the fitting pair of punches.
Patented punch mandrel receiver.
This holder saves time and effort. It was manufactured with the highest quality standards and impresses with high operatings life. By correct application the precise tool could be used for over 300 punches in high-tensile materials.
Handy and safe.
Because of such an enormous power we used a slag-collecting protection. It prevents the slag from uncontrolled shooting out by punching high-strenght materials. The wipers enables effortless pulling out of the of the stamping punch from the carrier material. We are talking about eight tonnes of tension force.
Captive locking pins on the rivet clamp
Ball Lock Pins? The new locking pins are locked conical. The attached pins cannot be lost. Furthermore this solution safes time.

This universal handle was designed for a still better handling. Although you are punching incredible 10 tonnes (100 kN) stays the needed effort surprising low. The handle is unrestricted usable for each riveting clamp of PNP 90 XT2 and remounted in a few seconds.
